Non disclosure policy
We
shall not use your registration information in any way than those specified on the website. We shall not sell the database
or disclose those informationto a third party unless a court order asks otherwise. We shall not send unsolicited emails to
our members. If a members asks for removal we will respecthis/her wish.
Disclosure of Account name and password.
You agree to keep your Account name and password secret and confidential and not
to allow anyone else to use it. If you intentionally or unintentionally,directly or indirectly, disclose your Account name
and password to another person, and such disclosure results in a third party participating using yourAccount name and password,
such participation may be held valid, and you will not be refunded any resulting losses. The Company shall not be required
tomaintain Account names or passwords although if you have lost your Account name or password, please contact us for a replacement.
If you misplace, forget, or lose your account name or password because of anything other than Company's error, the Company
shall not be liable.
Multiple
accounts
We do not tollerate multiple accounts. We have a very sophisticate scrips that checks
for multiple account that will be deleted without any warning and refund.
The name on your Account must match your true
and legal name.If you have more than one (1) Account or Accounts in different names, then you must contact us immediately
to have your Accounts managed so that you only have one (1). If you have lost your Account name or password, please contact
us for a replacement.
Termination
You are entitled
to close your Account and terminate this agreement at any time by sending an email or telephoning us using the details on
the Contact Us page and we will respond within a reasonable time provided that you continue to assume responsibility for all
activity on your Account until such closure has been effected by us. The company is entitled to terminate this agreement immediately
on notice (or attempted notice) to you at the email address you have |
